After School programs

Partnering with Elementary Schools in Shoreline and Edmonds School Districts to bring your performer enrichment programs each quarter.

Each quarter, our Mainstage Musical or Play rotates between local elementary schools.
If your school is scheduled this season, here’s what you can expect:

🎭 Performers Program
Dandylyon Drama brings full-scale school productions within reach. Every student is cast in a role that celebrates their strengths and helps them grow in confidence. We work closely with your PTA or school team to organize parent volunteers and offer creative solutions for sponsorship, fundraising, and tiered tuition — making the experience accessible and affordable.

🌟 Mainstage Performers
Our flagship enrichment program culminates in a full production on a professional stage. Students rehearse multiple days a week at their school with professional teaching artists. They explore acting, character development, dance, and music while building friendships, social-emotional skills, and confidence.
🎭 Two 40-60 minute costumed performances with lights, sound, sets, and props.

🌱 Opening Act Performers
Designed for younger grades, this program gives K-2 students a chance to shine with one song and dance number as the opening act of your school’s Mainstage performance.
🎭 Rehearsals are held once a week and lead to two 5-10 minute costumed performances.

🎨 Creators Program

An easy and impactful way to bring performing arts to your school through quarterly after-school enrichment clubs that build imagination, collaboration, and confidence.

  • Fits into a standard after-school enrichment timeslot
  • Designed for seamless partnership with your school or PTA

📖 Storytellers (Grades K–2)

Younger performers explore a story together and share a creative celebration with family and friends — all the fun, with no performance pressure.

  • One day a week at your school
  • Focus on story structure, character play, and imaginative exploration
  • Culminates in a 15-minute costumed classroom celebration
  • Builds early confidence, empathy, and joyful expression

🎭 Playmakers (Grades 3rd-5th)

Students create their own one-act play by choosing characters, building a story together, and developing performance skills in a fun, collaborative setting.

  • One day a week at your school
  • Focus on character creation, collaboration, and storytelling
  • Culminates in a 15-minute costumed performance in the classroom
  • Great for growing social-emotional skills, confidence, and creativity
